Can I return my web purchase to store?

Yes you can return any items bought on-line to Stryde Ballarat for a credit note (or refund/exchange/repair if the item is faulty). Please ensure the goods are in their original condition with swing tags attached and remember to take your receipt.

Do you accept cheque or money order?

Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller’s cheques or money orders.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.

I have seen something I want in your store but it isn’t on-line.

We aim to have all stock available on-line and in our boutiques however from time to time we may sell out on-line or in our boutiques. If that is the case simply email us at kym@stryde.com.au and we will endeavour to find the item for you.

Do you accept international shipments?

Stryde ships to most destinations in the world! We use FedEx to ship all international orders and they usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 7 days but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, we are not able to do split shipments.  You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.

When will my parcel arrive?

Most orders in Australia will arrive in 3 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received and accepted. If payment is received on a public holiday, weekend or other non-banking day, payment will be processed on the next banking business day. 

We will not be responsible for delays in delivery which are beyond our control, including (but not limited to) unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties and customs procedures.

International orders will vary due to the destination and the customs regulations. They usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 7 days but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.

My order has shipped but not arrived, what does this mean?

This means that your order is in transit and will be due in the time frames we have listed under shipping.

How do I track my order? 

When we receive your order we will automatically send you an email with your order number and details attached. Once your order is dispatched for delivery with Australia Post, you will receive an eParcel Tracking Number to track your delivery at www.auspost.com.au/track. Once this tracking number is received, any delivery inquiries should be directed to Australia Post on 13 11 18.

Is Stryde a secure shopping site? 

Yes, Stryde is a secure site. Once you enter your contact details and payment details you will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet. The site uses a 128 bit encryption which is the most secure system available in Australia.

How do I update my profile details?

You must sign in using the ‘log in’ button on the top of the web page. Simply click on ‘my account’, edit your details and click save.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe by going into ‘my account’ and de-select the email subscribe tick box. Or click the unsubscribe link on the bottom of our eNewsletters.

I have forgotten my login and password.

No problem, simply go to ‘sign in’ and click “I’ve forgotten my password”. A new password will be generated by email and sent to you. You can log in to make changes to a password of your choice.
