Delivery and Returns

Conditions of Online Purchases

We want to take the risk out of purchasing online so we offer a risk free return and exchange policy (excluding SALE products) should the item you buy not fit correctly when you receive it. Simply return the product to us within 7 days and we'll either exchange it for the correct size or refund your money. Online refunds on orders above $200 will incur a $50 handling fee.

We are a small business so we do ask that you pay for the postage. Please ensure you send items back to us using REGISTERED MAIL

Please note however that SALE items are not refundable.

If you find a manufacturing fault in your product please contact us immediately. If the fault is deemed to be minor by the manufacturer we will repair the item. If the manufacturer deems the fault to be urrepairable they will replace or refund your money.

Postage & Handling 

Postage within Australia is FREE for all purchases over $200.

All orders over $200 will be delivered FREE within Australia. For all orders under $200 a flat rate of $14.95 will apply within Australia. This is due to a lot of our products costing significantly more than $9.95 (i.e. boots and shoes) so this pricing structure allows us to keep our overheads as low as possible to ensure that you receive the best prices on all our stock.

We accept credit card transactions by MasterCard, VISA and PayPal. Once the order has been processed it cannot be changed.

Items will be sent and tracked by either Fastway Couriers who delivery to most major centers domestically or Australia Post for more regional areas. In most cases you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 5 working days. On occasion this can take longer as Australia Post takes an extended time period to deliver to some states such as NT and WA. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. If more than 5 business days passes please contact us and we can track your item for you. Alternatively you can log onto the Australia Post  or Fastway websites and track your item. Simply enter the tracking number that you're provided with when the item is shipped.

Out of Stock Items

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and our pricing is true and correct. If an item you have ordered is not available (this can sometimes happen with highly popular products such as STAMPS watches or Noosa Amsterdam wallets), we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a refund.

International Deliveries

We currently ship to New Zealand, Western Europe and Canada, USA. We accept credit card transactions by MasterCard, VISA and PayPal and ship at a flat rate of $24.95. Please note however that we are a small business so should your order be of considerable size and weight we may add a surcharge to your order which is payable prior to your order being shipped. This is simply to cover our postage costs as we can't absorb costs over and above our average order.
